Portable Analyzer Delivers Electrolytes, Blood Gas, and other Time-Critical Chemistries  

The IRMA TRUpoint is a sophisticated, portable analyzer that utilizes established electrochemical methodologies to quickly and accurately measure time critical parameters such as electrolytes, blood gases, Lactate, BUN, Creatinine, Glucose, and Hematocrit. All tests are performed with single-use disposable test cartridges, allowing practitioners to easily control overhead costs even in low volume, intermittent use situations. Specimen requirements are only 200 UL (125 UL with an optional micro-sampler) allowing even the smallest patients to be tested. Among the IRMA TRUpoint many outstanding features are it’s high-tech interactive touch screen format, room temperature-stable test cartridges, and built-in electronic quality control. In addition, an easy-to-use luer lock sampling port and overflow chamber helps to minimize wasted cartridges resulting from inadvertent introduction of air bubbles and/or sample overflow. Reference ranges for up to 7 species can be programmed into the system for immediate flagging. Single and multi-test cartridges are packaged in boxes of 10 or 25 at a cost per test of 6.00-7.00.. Download brochure
