The Zipocrit® is a compact microhematocrit centrifuge that's at home in the lab or in the field. The Zipocrit® spins up to 4 capillary tubes (plastic or mylar coated recommended) in its uniquely designed angle head rotor. With a footprint of only 6 X 8 inches, the unit is constructed from durable, lightweight aluminum alloy for long life. An optional 12 V DC converter is available for powering the Zipocrit® from any standard automobile cigarette/power receptacle.
